Hey! I'm Coach Casey. I'm an Exercise Scientist and Nutrition coach working to help people improve their health and performance. Technically, I'm a Strength & Conditioning Coach who specializes with athletes, weight loss clients, remote workers and more. If you want to get strong, lose weight, and change your behavior around your health habits, this is the place for you.

Outside of my own workouts, some activities I enjoy are working in my 3,000 sq ft garden, hiking, camping, cooking, reading, and being in nature with friends and family.

From working with professional athletes, to being a Fitness Director at a premier health club, I've been blessed with a wide variety of clients and coaching experiences. I've now taken my talents online and started
Phome Wellness in 2021 after losing my personal training job during the pandemic.
Outside of athletes, and weight loss clients, I've worked with people from all walks of life. Including remote workers having low back pain, cancer survivors, post heart attack patients, pre/postnatal mothers, and many more.
My focus is on helping people not only perform better physically but also incorporate more whole foods into their daily meals and become more mindful of their health habits.

I also help in improving the quality of foods you eat. This could involve cooking with more whole foods, reducing processed foods, and becoming more aware of hunger/fullness cues to avoid overeating.
My clients also reduce stress and anxiety by integrating mindfulness practices into their exercise and nutrition routines.

Whether it's moving with strength and stability during exercise or preparing a nourishing dinner after a long day at the office, we can all find ways to improve some aspect of our lives.

My goal for you is to establish a solid foundation of healthy habits that will last a lifetime. To live your own version of Whole Wellness.​

What we eat, how we move, and how we live are unique to each person. That's why I take a personalized approach to health and wellness. My clients receive an individualized plan tailored to their preferences, habits, beliefs, and goals.

Before we get too far together, there's something I want to tell you. It's important to make you aware of, in my opinion. For the benefit of our connection together.

I'm not your average Exercise Scientist. That's not a brag, it's just a fact. Here's why. A few years ago, while I was four months into building and growing Phome Wellness I was diagnosed with a rare metabolic condition. I was right in the middle of training pro athletes, and signing a lease for my first gym space all on my own. My world came crashing down, but we're here to build it back better.
It's a condition called Intestinal Metabolic Bromhidrosis Syndrome (IMBS). It's in a group of conditions categorized as 'body odor conditions'.....
Crazy, I know. It's weird, believe me, I get it.
I continue to coach clients and grow my business despite setbacks.​ As time goes on, and I create more content around physical and mental health and performance, I'll share my personal story. It's unique. It's uncommon.

Maybe I can bring you a slice of education and motivation to improve your life. That's all I want. I was a great coach before all of this started three years ago and I will continue my efforts to stay a great coach for my clients.
