I'm Casey, and I specialize in helping people who work from a computer optimize their health and performance. 

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to improve your physical and mental health. Instead of just surviving, you're thriving! 


Whether it's moving with strength and ease while exercising or preparing a nourishing dinner after a long day at the office, I help my clients reduce stress and anxiety by incorporating mindfulness practices into their exercise and nutrition routines.

My goal for you is to help establish a solid foundation of healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Living your own version of Whole Wellness.


Since 2016, I've been working with clients from all walks of life, including professional athletes, people that work from home, cancer survivors, new parents, and so many more. My focus is on helping them not just perform better physically, but also incorporate more whole foods into their daily meals and become more mindful of their health habits.

What we eat, how we move, and how we live, is unique for every body. That's why I take a personalized approach to Whole Wellness. My clients receive an individualized plan tailored to their preferences, habits, beliefs, and goals. 

After struggling with Lyme disease for three years and taking several rounds of antibiotics that disrupted my gut health, I had to approach Whole Wellness differently. In mid-2021, I was diagnosed with IMBS (intestinal metabolic bromhidrosis syndrome), doctors think in part due to the Lyme and associated antibiotic usage. I'm doing my best to live my best life and pursue my dream of helping others achieve improved performance through Phome.

This experience has also led me to dive deeper into holistic health and discover the most effective strategies for optimizing my own health and wellness, as well as those that may be useful for my clients.

Remember, Whole Wellness isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. It's flexible, fluid, and adaptive, and may change from year to year. But with my guidance, you'll have the tools and support you need to create lasting, healthy habits that help you live your best life.
