I'm Casey, and I help people that work from a computer optimize their health and performance. 

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health. Instead of surviving, you're thriving! 

Whether it's moving with strength and without pain while exercising, or making a nutritious dinner after a day at the office. I help clients reduce stress and anxiety by learning the basics of mindfulness surrounding their health habits. 

My goal for you is to build new habits and turn your behavior into a rock solid foundation, for a life full of whole wellness.

I've been working with clients across the country since 2016. From professional athletes, cancer survivors, pre/postnatal moms, veterans, and people working from home. All on the mission to become their best self. Not only performing better physically without pain, but including more whole foods into their daily routines. 

What we eat, how we move, and how we live, looks different for everybody. Some private, some public, some vocal, some silent. Everyone has their own way of doing things. 

After a three year battle with Lyme disease and several rounds of antibiotics, that jacked up my gut, my approach to Whole Wellness may look different than your Whole Wellness approach. My challenges may be different than your challenges. It's led me to dive deeper into holistic health and finding the best practices that work for me and what may work for my clients, both separately, and together. 

Whole Wellness is not about a one size fits all approach. It's flexible, and fluid. It's adaptive. It may change from one year to the next. All of my clients get an individualized approach that works for them, within their preferences, their habits and beliefs, and their goals.
