Our "Whole Wellness" offers in app workouts, nutrition guidance, and exclusive content in our community. It's the program to help you get into alignment, and become the best version of yourself!
Message back and forth with Casey, and talk with the Phomies to get even more great ideas on how to improve your wellness. Share your story, and get comfortable taking your wellness at home up a notch. If you feel like you could use more help, you can purchase single sessions as needed.
How is this different from a regular trainer at a gym?
At Phome, we focus on the habits that build a rock solid foundation of "whole wellness." We cover all aspects of wellness. Like reducing stress by becoming more mindful or finding joy in cooking delicious recipes. Keeping you energized and recovering faster from your workouts. Guiding you side by side with your wellness. How do you practice mindfulness?
You can practice being mindful anywhere. Mindfulness is the practice of becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. It gives you the ability to make connections on why you may be feeling a certain way. A reminder to follow the bright spots, and let the dark ones pass. Through breathing, meditating, journaling, and countless other activities, there are plenty of tools to help you refocus on the moment in front of you.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a meal plan?
Nutritional guidance is included in our Whole Wellness program. Upon enrollment into the Whole Wellness program, will receive a personalized PDF file, and access to your meal plan.
You are able to purchase single nutrition coaching sessions here.
Our community will get updates on new recipes, ideas, and habit forming around the kitchen.
How do you focus on your soul?
When your energy centers are flowing in alignment, you're operating optimally. Energy centers help control the energy in different parts of your body. They are located up and down your spine, each being responsible for different feelings and experiences. They can be blocked for many reasons but some are depression, anxiety, a physical injury, inflammation, or trauma.
Phomies work to keep the energy open, and flowing freely. Giving you access to higher levels of consciousness. A yoga flow, stretching, breathing exercises, or getting into a meditation practice can help.
